Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building strong relationships, conducting site visits to assess client needs, providing accurate roofing estimates, and following up consistently to close sales. The role requires effective collaboration with the team and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsBasic understanding of roofing systems or a willingness to learn technical detailsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationFocus on customer satisfaction and a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or technical certifications are a plus
