If you consider yourself responsible, reliable, punctual and self-motivated, Apply Today!The Airline Baggage Handler Agent will verify passenger boarding passes with their checked bags and move the bags to the security screening induction system.This is a physically demanding position which requires on-the-job security training and the ability to receive all applicable airport security badges.Job Specifics & Requirements:Communicate effectively and clearly while screening for safety & securityLoading passenger luggage onto the security screening induction beltWorking closely with the Airline Ticket Counter AgentsCustomer Service skills neededMust be at least 18 years of ageAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to pass background clearance verification.Must have valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance.Must be able to lift up to 75lbs consistently throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, stoop, bend, push, pull throughout entire shiftExperience in customer service preferredHospitality experience a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customersComplete all required training including airport complianceAble to obtain an airport badgeAppearance Guidelines:Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, when working behind the scenes at the Airport. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. In addition, the employee is required to of twist, turn, stretch, and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner.
