Senior Python Engineer (Contract) AI Task Design & Evaluation

Mindrift is seeking experienced Senior Python Engineers to join a project-based initiative that evaluates AI coding agents. You will help create realistic developer environments, craft tasks from intermediate states, and write robust tests that accept multiple valid approaches. The role emphasizes collaboration, QA-driven iterations, and remote work across regions.
