Rooted in a commitment to quality excellence, ForDoz continues to expand the expertise and production capacity for both conventional and complex sterile drug formulations in the U.SJob ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration (Quality & Facility Systems)Serve as the primary IT administrator for critical site systems, including EQMS (e.g., Veeva, TrackWise), BMS, and EMS.Monitor system health, apply software patches, and manage SQL database performance for these applications.Coordinate with software vendors and external contractors for high-level troubleshooting, upgrades, and system integrations.IT Infrastructure & Network ManagementManage and maintain the IT hardware and infrastructure supporting the manufacturing floor, including physical servers, virtual machines, and data storage solutions.Oversee manufacturing network infrastructure, ensuring proper network segmentation, firewall configurations, and secure VLANs to protect operational technology (OT) environments.Manage Active Directory, user access, and group policies specifically for manufacturing and laboratory computer systems.Implement and monitor robust backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols for all shop-floor IT assets.Cross-Training & Automation SupportPartner closely with the Automation/Engineering team to learn the architecture of industrial control systems.Provide initial IT-level troubleshooting for manufacturing equipment networks, HMIs, and SCADA systems, escalating complex logic issues to the engineering team.Assist in physically connecting new manufacturing equipment to the company network securely.Compliance & Data IntegrityEnsure all IT infrastructure and hosted applications comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.Support the Quality and Validation teams during Computer System Validation (CSV) execution, providing necessary IT documentation (system architecture diagrams, disaster recovery plans, etc.).RequirementsEducation & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network engineering.Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Biotech) is highly preferred.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Windows Server administration, SQL database management and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, network segmentation).Experience administering enterprise software applications (EQMS, ERP, or similar).Bonus: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate).Soft Skills & Industry KnowledgeA strong eagerness to learn industrial automation concepts (PLCs, HMIs, industrial protocols).Familiarity with cGMP regulations, FDA requirements, and Computer System Validation (CSV) is a major plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts to production operators, engineers, and quality assurance personnel.**Please note this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the futurePay: $70,000 - 90,000 per yearForDoz Pharma Corp. is a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on development, manufacturing, and commercialization of complex generic products (e.g. oncology and antifungal products) and improved existing products 505(b)(2).
