The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, talent development, fiscal and administrative accountability, operational effectiveness, and business development. This role requires a visionary leader who can engage in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as a strong focus on talent management, including coaching, development, and succession planning. The Vice President will also be accountable for budgeting, managing sales and gross margin, and ensuring the successful implementation of operational activities to maximize resources and pursue efficiency. Candidates for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical training, with a minimum of 5 years' project management experience. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in fiscal control, management experience, and a history of successful business operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills. A key aspect of the role is the ability to stay informed about relevant technical, operational, and professional developments, and to work in collaboration with other business units to ensure customer satisfaction.
