Job Title: Licensed Professional Counselor or LCSW Job Type: Part-Time Contracted Position Reports to CEO Job Summary: Provide counseling services to children and adults. Requirements: Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy. Assess client situations for delivery of services Follow Code of Ethics Good Time management Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions Maintain adequate notes in a timely Maintain all required licenses and malpractice insurance Understand the importance of rapport building Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience with mental health counseling Strong leadership skills Effective time management Positive attitude Wiliness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, licensing requirements within the filed to work independently as part of the team. Must obtain malpractice insurance Licensure: Most hold Alabama licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP).
