What Youll Do: Troubleshoot and fix complex electro-mechanical systems (remote + on-site) Travel (3050%) across the U.S. and internationally Commission multi-axis motion systems Diagnose issues with motors, motion control, and instrumentation Repair, modify, and install equipment in real-world environments What You Bring: 35 years in manufacturing, field service, or machine building Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, motion control, robotics, or automation Comfortable working directly with customers Engineering degree preferred (or solid hands-on background) Excited to travel both nationally and internationally (25%) The Upside: Work on high-end, custom-built systemsnot repetitive equipment Autonomy in the field + real technical challenges Strong team, flexible environment, and solid benefits Exposure to global customers and industries If youre looking to get off the bench and into a role where your skills actually matterthis is it.
