Steve’s Garden Market & Butchery isn’t your typical grocery store—and we’re not looking for a typical manager. We’re a locally owned specialty market that combines a premium butcher shop, scratch-made deli, smokehouse restaurant, catering operation, and wholesale business. Every day is different, and we’re looking for someone who is creative, highly organized, and energized by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with real opportunity for professional growth. You’ll work directly alongside our General Manager, management team, and ownership while gaining experience in every aspect of the business. What You’ll Do ● Lead daily operations across both our retail market and smokehouse restaurant. ● Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the guest experience. ● Train, coach, and develop team members to perform at a high level. ● Create attractive merchandising displays and support seasonal promotions. ● Coordinate inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor management. ● Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards. ● Solve problems, adapt quickly, and help move the business forward every day. You may have experience leading a restaurant, grocery store, butcher shop, specialty retail business, hospitality, or another fast-paced, customer-focused operation.
