Director Finance and Operations

Job DescriptionFinance Operations Director will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and forecasting relating to standard cost, variances, spending, other cost of goods sold, E&O reserve, rebates and other.Manage E&O, rebates, standard cost of sales, variances, other cost of goods sold, and other aspects of the Gross MarginManage the standard costs and standard costs updateManage and supervise one staff and assist the Singapore accounting teamIndependently improve Oracle system processes and automate reconciliation processesResponsible for Oracle and other IT project management especially as it relates to the cost accounting system with Oracle Shop Floor Manager (OSFM)Ensure the company's internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied and delivered in a timely mannerLead quarterly review and annual audit by external auditorsManage the development, implementation and the documentation of information for Sarbanes Oxley testing and complianceAssist with ad hoc accounting projects and financial reports as neededAssist with operational issues and partner with the VP of operationsManage cost metrics reporting and operational metrics packageWork RequirementsBA Accounting plus 10+ years of related accounting experience2+ years in Public Accounting a plusSolid knowledge of U.S. GAAPSemiconductor experience requiredStandard cost experience requiredOracle OSFM experience preferredStrong leadership, project management and communication skillsPresent strong problem solving, analytical, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsDemonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively and independentlyHands on experience with an enterprise level financial software system, such as Oracle, and advanced Excel skillsShowing competencies in taking initiative, working independently or as part of a team and meeting tight deadlinesCPA or MBA a plusContactThank youWazeer Khan LLCE. wazeerkhanusllc@gmail.comCell/WhatsApp. 586-981-9557 #J-18808-Ljbffr
