You will play a critical role in driving food quality, innovation, and presentationwhile maintaining strong financial and operational controls.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all retail culinary operationsDrive menu planning, innovation, and seasonal offeringsManage ordering, inventory, and food/labor costsLead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 15 hourly union employeesEnsure adherence to food safety, quality, and brand standardsLeverage technology including mobile ordering systems and digital HACCPPartner cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiencesCatering & Executive DiningCatering is a key focus of this position, supporting C?suite executives and Board of Directors meetings. Catering services include high-end plated lunches, executive meetings, and VIP events.
