Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Compensation: $55/hour
Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Liaison Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering teams by identifying and resolving electrical design issues during production. This role acts as the front-line support between manufacturing and design engineering, ensuring products are built for manufacturability, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with manufacturing to resolve electrical design and production issues
Troubleshoot electrical systems and implement corrective actions on the production floor
Review designs and ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities (DFM)
Support design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams
Document and communicate improvement opportunities to reduce rework and cost
Analyze and support standardization and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve design integration
Support root cause analysis and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading skills
Understanding of electrical systems, components, and manufacturing processes
Experience with engineering drawings and design interpretation
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
