Mechanical Engineering Lead Associate

The skills - Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineeringProfessional Engineering License in US required12+ years professional experience designing building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system components, including significant experience working on healthcare projects. For healthcare-based work, the candidate should have a significant focus on inpatient critical care facilities (e.g., academic medical centers, specialty care centers, community inpatient hospitals, etc.).Familiarity with codes and standards, specifically ASHRAE, HIH, LEED energy efficiency and indoor quality and NFPAExperience in leading multidisciplinary projects and managing complex and large scale client relationshipsTrack-record of work winning and demonstrable commercial foresight along with proven expertise in building and managing successful relationships with client organizations.Experienced, dynamic, and engaging leader, who has a strong track record of leading and managing teams.
