Job Description Position SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily team operations while providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports. This role ensures workflows are managed efficiently, performance goals are met, and company policies and procedures are consistently followed.The Team Lead serves as the first point of escalation for complex issues and plays a key role in quality assurance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentProvide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and development to direct reportsEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standardsSupport performance management, including coaching, feedback, and evaluationsPartner with management in recruiting, interviewing, and employee review processesMaintain employee confidentiality at all timesWorkflow & Performance ManagementManage daily workflow and distribute assignments to maintain balanced productivityMonitor performance metrics and ensure established KPIs are metRun and analyze production and productivity reports to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesTrack and monitor client requests to ensure service excellence and quality standardsEscalation & Quality AssuranceServe as the first point of escalation for challenging files, aging matters, and customer concernsConduct file reviews and perform quality assurance checksProvide actionable feedback to team members and leadershipClient & Operational ExcellenceDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure client-specific requirements are metUnderstand and manage client nuances and preferencesIdentify and implement best practices within the unitMaintain accurate records and prioritize tasks effectivelyDemonstrate proficiency in company terminology and processesAdditional ResponsibilitiesProvide coverage for management staff in their absenceAssist with production work when needed to support business demandsQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentStrong leadership and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain accurate documentation and recordsPreferred:Minimum of two years of supervisory experienceKnowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure for states managed under the roleIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCompany DescriptionProVest plays a critical role in the legal process by ensuring that defendants in a legal action have been properly served process.
