Your primary focus is creating a welcoming, inclusive, and smoothly running coworking environment.Front Desk & Member Experience:Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with members and guestsOperate and manage the front of house, including supporting daily cleaning routinesHandle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDrive new membership growth through tours and sales, and support retention of existing members through relationship building and community engagementOperate both software and hardware with confidence and strong technical skillsGeneral Skills:Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusionAwareness and understanding of the issues and challenges faced by underrepresented groupsSelf-starter, initiator, able to self-manageExperience with technology, including AV equipment and software programsExperience with marketing and sales (tours, membership sales)Ability to obtain OLCC servers permit and ODH food handlers permit (The Haven will pay for these)Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs), Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), or comparable softwareAdditional Opportunity — Events Support:As part of this role, there may be opportunities to assist The Haven's events team with onsite execution, setup, and logistics for member and guest events. This is a great way to expand your skills and deepen your connection to the community.Compensation & LogisticsThis is a part-time position of approximately 20-30 hours per week. Reports to the Director of The Haven.Salary: $20-22/hr, commensurate with experience. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred). We comply with Oregon sick leave law.The Haven is not a fully independently accessible space. Several rooms require navigating 3 stairs.
