Electromechanical Assembler

Duties Assemble electromechanical components by following detailed electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately assemble mechanical parts and electrical wiring. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto PCB assemblies with precision and adherence to IPC 610 standards. Build electrical panels by interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure proper connections. Install and connect electro-mechanical components such as sensors, switches, motors, and relays according to engineering specifications. Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on assemblies using multimeters (Ohmmeters), oscilloscopes, and other testing tools to identify issues. Follow safety protocols and quality standards during assembly processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB soldering, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration within electromechanical systems. Skilled in mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, and following blueprint specifications. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies and electrical blueprint reading. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using multimeters (Ohmmeters) for circuit testing.
