Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervision and monitoring of consumer behavior. Required to monitor consumer adherence to schedule and facility guidelines. Reports community activity to charge nurse and responsible to document any unusual activity or behaviors. Works under direction of the Nurse Supervisor as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment. Various hours.Minimum And Additional RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GED. Valid driver's license with good driving record.If invited to interview, please bring your Official 10 year driving record obtained from the SC Department of Motor Vehicles. Preferred QualificationsCurrent CPR certification.Additional CommentsBackground checks will be conducted.Shift differential - .50 second /third shift, $1.50 weekend
