As a global organization, Planisware offices are located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Japan.What you'll doThe Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact to some of Planisware's most valued and high-profile customers. He/She will be accountable for overall customer satisfaction and accountable for meeting annual quota targets through acquiring additional revenue streams and inhibiting churn.Responsabilities:Responsible for managing assigned accounts as the face of the organization to clientsDevelop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.Work with customer teams including project management offices, process owners, trainers, change management teams, business sponsors and other key stakeholders to ensure they are using Planisware to its fullestIn collaboration with each customer, develop Planisware roadmap for both short- and long-term usage; obtain buy-in with customer. Responsible for execution of roadmapManage contracts and all contract negotiations for statements of work for professional services, master service agreements, SaaS agreements, contract renewals, amendments, etcIdentify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect within assigned accounts, their buying and organizational influences, and their decision-making processesDevelop new business within assigned accounts, including opening new opportunities and expanding licenses to meet sales quotas, while ensuring all competitive activities within the account are identified and addressed in order to prevent attritionGive in-person and web-meeting presentations to high-level executivesEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts, and Net Promoter Score), and report on account statusWork with cross-functional teams within Planisware including product development, support, professional services, sales and marketing to support customer success; communicate improvement suggestions and market research to managementWhat is expected from youQualifications required:BA/BS and 5 years minimum selling and/or customer success manager of enterprise software and service solutionsA proven track record of account penetration, growth, and revenue recognitionProven experience in one of the following applications: enterprise software, PPM software, or Portfolio ManagementStrong written and oral communication skillsWillingness to travel (US and international)Self-motivated and enthusiastic; capable of working alone or with a teamUSA Citizenship or equivalent employment authorizationPreferred qualifications:Experience in the area of new product development, research & development management, resource management and project control and engineering solutionsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced emerging organizationExperience selling at the executive levelEvidence in identifying business needs, translating into technical gaps, and conveying software solutions to resolve the original needsBenefits3 weeks paid vacationPaid holidaysUp to 4 months maternity leaveLife, short and long-term disability insuranceCompany annual kick-off trip401(k) plan with company variable contributionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFSA plan, including employer contributionCell phone and internet allowancesQuarterly events/monthly happy hourCompany charitable donation matchCommunity outreachTuition assistance programGraduate programShare
