EUC Systems Engineer
Overview:
As Senior Systems Engineer in EUC, you own the global digital workplace infrastructure to deliver secure, seamless endpoint experiences across macOS, Windows, and Linux. You will design, implement, and automate advanced endpoint management, architect lifecycle processes, and drive zero-touch provisioning while upholding strict security. You'll work within the Digital Workplace Experience and Apps team to push automation and scale enterprise endpoints, contributing to Nutanix's mission of simplifying hybrid multicloud. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, collaboration, and end-to-end solution ownership; travel is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and architect endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro)
- Drive automation via API integrations and scripting for zero-touch provisioning and automated patching
- Enforce and manage security standards (FileVault and BitLocker)
- Administer and integrate Service
- Now workflows to streamline end-user experiences
- Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex endpoint issues
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in End User Computing or Systems Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Jamf ProScripting and API automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with OS security features FileVault and BitLockerAbility to diagnose and resolve Tier 3 architectural issues across macOS and Windowsproactive automationcollaborationproblem-solving
