We are a PT owned and operated home care agency offering Medicare Part B in home physical therapy services! We provide one on one treatment to patients in the comfort of their own home. Role DescriptionThis is a Physical Therapist role for the towns within Essex County, surrounding Verona, NJ. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include providing hands-on therapy, guiding rehabilitation exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Physical Therapist will also provide patient education and support to promote recovery and wellness in the comfort of the client's home.QualificationsProficiency in Physical Therapy and RehabilitationStrong skills in Patient Care and Home CareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well within a teamBachelor's or Master's degree in Physical TherapyValid NJ state license to practice as a Physical TherapistExperience in home health care is a plus
