Great attendance, requiredQualifications, Education, and Experience (APRN):Active, valid (in state of clinic) (APRN) Nurse Practitioner certificate, required DEA Registration, preferredQualifications, Education, and Experience (PA-C):Must have a valid, unrestricted professional license in state of Indiana and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicinePhysical Requirements:The physical demands of this position will include sitting and standing with occasional light to medium lifting. Ability to help lift patients and transport in wheelchair from clinic to parking lot. An employee must meet these requirements to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
