Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Producer based in Albany, GA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for providing expert insurance sales and consultation, building client relationships, offering employee benefits packages, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting suitable insurance products, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and support. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and deep understanding of insurance products.Strong skills in Communication and building client relationships.Proven track record of excellent Customer Service.Familiarity with Employee Benefits and tailoring packages to meet client requirements.Licensed in insurance or willingness to obtain licensure within specified time.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.Ability to balance in-office duties with remote work efficiently.Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-oriented role is a plus.
