Job SummaryThe Manager, Brand Partnerships, is a revenue-driving role responsible for building pipelines, managing client relationships, and owning mid-sized deals from prospecting through close.This role is expected to generate opportunities, close business independently at a moderate level, and actively grow existing accounts. The Manager operates with increasing autonomy, contributes meaningfully to revenue targets, and partners closely with Senior Managers on larger, more complex deals.Essential Duties, Functions, And ResponsibilitiesSuccess in this role requires strong sales discipline, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable, revenue-generating solutions. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the below:Build and maintain an active, healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, networking, referrals) weekly.Schedule and lead introductory and discovery meetings with prospective clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline tracking in CRM.Own smaller to mid-sized deals from discovery through close.Support Senior Managers on larger, strategic opportunities.Develop proposals, scopes, and budgets aligned with client objectives.Lead pricing discussions and negotiate within approved guidelines.Manage and grow assigned client accounts post-sale.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals.Maintain regular client communication to strengthen relationships.Partner with Client Services, Creative, and Operations to build executable campaigns.Translate client needs into clear internal direction and deliverables.Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities.Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate pipeline health to leadership.Follow established sales processes, timelines, and approval structures.Track performance against goals and adjust strategy as needed.Represent Gratsy's brand and values with clients, vendors, and partners.Core Values: Exhibit exemplary alignment with our core values, mission, and vision here at Gratsy. Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.Education & Related Experience RequiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred5+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, client services, marketing, events, or a related rolePrior experience in an agency, experiential marketing, brand marketing, shopper marketing, or promotional environment preferredExperience supporting sales pipelines, proposals, or client accounts strongly preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools a plusKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesHigh emotional intelligence, strong communication, and relationship-building skillsConfidence in outbound sales and prospectingAbility to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong business acumen and curiosityCollaborating cross-functionally and asking questions to gain clarityResilient, adaptable, and solutions-orientedProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to learn and consistently use CRM and internal sales toolsComfort working in fast paced and event‐driven, deadline‑oriented environmentsA valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the Gratsy's insurance policy are required.Supervisory Responsibilities And Interactions With OthersYou will interact daily with peers, cross functional teams, customers, vendors, and the public.TRAVELTravel: Some domestic travel may occur, up to 25% of any given month.WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONEnjoy our hybrid onsite environment! This position will be located in the company's HQ.
