Job Title: Warehouse & Inventory CoordinatorLocation: Worcester, MADuration: 06+ Months (Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension)Shift: 1st shiftPay Range: $20/hr to $23/hrJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role combines hands-on material handling with system-based inventory tracking, requiring strong organizational skills and comfort working with computers.The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse environment and managing data entry and inventory updates using internal systems.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods Accurately enter receipts and inventory data into internal systems Organize and stage materials by project or job requirements Transfer materials from warehouse to field technicians as needed Record all material movements and updates in inventory software Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies Place orders for materials through internal systems Communicate with internal teams and vendors via email Review inventory and receiving reports for accuracy Support general warehouse operations and other assigned tasks RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or materials management (or 2+ years of related experience in lieu of education) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred QualificationsExperience with inventory control or cycle counting Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP Background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
