This remote role combines tasks ranging from business operations and strategy development to data entry and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a business-oriented mindset capable of managing various projects and supporting key operations.In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of the company, collaborating closely with leadership and technical teams to help drive business initiatives forward. You will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role while contributing to critical business and technical projects.Please note this is a volunteer role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the marketing industry.**We are currently seeking applicants located in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.**Responsibilities:Assist in various business projects from planning to execution.Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare status reports for management.Maintain and improve the company’s WordPress websites, ensuring functionality and user experience.Assist in day-to-day operations, supporting the management team with administrative and strategic tasks.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and databases.Work cross-functionally with various departments, including marketing, operations, and development, to support key initiatives.Contribute to creative problem-solving and the implementation of business solutions.Qualifications:Proficient in Excel for data entry and reportingExperience with WordPress and web design is a plusThe ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic understanding of business operations and a desire to grow into a leadership role.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience managing a variety of business and technical projects.Development of both business operations and web design skills.Opportunity to grow into a leadership role within a dynamic startup environment.Exposure to a wide range of projects and real-world problem-solving.
