The Quality Job Growth Product Manager will work closely with a cross functional team of Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Business Development, and Product Marketing to grow and improve quality job posts globally.From supporting job partnerships with governments around the world to applying Machine Learning to improve our job source quality - this role is highly visible and rich with learning opportunities. This challenging role will provide passionate and data driven individuals the opportunity to positively impact job seekers on a global scale.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and lead analyses of user needs, product metrics, and the broader professional landscape to determine the right set of solutions to build to help our members and customers be productive and successfulDrive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancementsWork collaboratively across teams to deliver on the LinkedIn vision of economic opportunity for every member of the global workforceUnderstand how to build an ecosystem product and make trade off decisions for the good of the ecosystemResearch and analyze the broader job market ecosystemSet ambitious and measurable OKRs and be transparent on executionClearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBS/BA degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience4+ years of experience in product managementStrong analytical skillsFundamental understanding of API’s and web integration technologiesPreferred QualificationsMS degree in a technology-related fieldExperience building and delivering successful SaaS or social network platform solutionsExpertise with applicant tracking systems and/or online job boardsExperience in operating with partner ecosystems in collaboration with business developmentAbility to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesMultilingual capabilities would be a benefit in the role, but not a requirement.
