Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of guests in our restaurant, ensuring a smooth dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant flow. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services. Utilize POS systems to track guest seating and manage waitlists effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Provide assistance to servers and other staff as needed to enhance guest relations. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and taking reservations. Ensure that all guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and enhancing guest experiences. Must possess excellent guest relations skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
