Visit our website to learn more about our remarkable company:https://www.dmshealth.com The ideal candidate is located near a major airport such as Minneapolis, Minnesota; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Chicago, Illinois and will work at various clinics and medical centers throughout the United States on short or long term assignments and regularly work over 40 hours/week.This position will travel 95-100% of the time across our footprint. This includes floating between units for short and long-term assignments and for extended periods, depending on business needs. Route assignments are subject to change depending on business needs. Summary The Applications Specialist has extensive experience in multiple equipment manufacturers such as GE, Siemens, and Phillips. Serves as the resource and expert for technologists, managers, and customers in that modality. May lead the initial set up and troubleshooting networking issues between DMS and customer networks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides onboarding training and ongoing applications training to the technologists and staff of customers according to the needs of the customer. Completes a written assessment of each technologists competency level after initial training and recommendations for future training needs. Assist in the setup of new coaches to include loading and testing network protocols, identifying networking issues and navigating solutions for networking challenges. Extensive travel to sites to meet new customers, understand the scope of each project, and effectively assist all clinical and technical aspects of each new client, technologist training, applications training and clinical understanding by all client involved personnel. Provide internal PRN coverage for vacations, leaves and temporary route coverage. Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Six to seven years of related experience as a PET CTtechnologist; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining great patient care as well as superior quality of exams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, analytical, critical thinking, organizational and time management skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well independently. The ability to follow instructions in stressful environments. Superb bedside manner and the ability to work with a variety of personalities. PC proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products. Experience as a Diagnostic CT Tech a plus. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Testing ARRT (N), NMTCB, ARRT (CT) (depending on the state requirements), Experience as a Diagnostic CT Tech is a plus. Advanced Registry in the specified modality is preferred but not required; CPR, Hepatitis, TB, flu and COVID vaccines, mandatory education (Provided by DMS). Must be willing to get state licensures where required.
