We work with enterprise clients, school districts, and public agencies across California.We’re scaling quickly and need someone who can take ownership of purchasing and project coordination to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule.Role OverviewThis role sits at the center of operations—working between sales, vendors, and field teams. You’ll be responsible for ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and helping coordinate projects from kickoff through completion.If you’re organized, proactive, and don’t need to be micromanaged, you’ll do well here.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchasing / ProcurementOrder materials for projects (cabling, fiber, cameras, access control, networking hardware)Work with vendors and distributors to source pricing and availabilityTrack shipments and ensure materials arrive on timeResolve backorders, shortages, and vendor issuesProject CoordinationSupport project managers with scheduling and logisticsCoordinate with field technicians on material needs and timelinesHelp ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetMaintain accurate project documentation and updatesOperations SupportAssist with job costing and tracking material usageHelp standardize purchasing and inventory processesCommunicate with internal teams to keep everyone alignedQualifications2+ years in purchasing, project coordination, or construction/low voltage industryExperience with materials like cabling, fiber, security systems, or networking equipment is a big plusStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ballComfortable working in a fast-paced, growing companyNice to HaveExperience with distributors (Anixter/Wesco, ADI, Graybar, etc.)Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM systems, or project management softwareUnderstanding of construction or low voltage project workflowsCompensationCompetitive base salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow into a larger operations role as the company scalesWhy Join UsFast-growing company with strong pipeline of workExposure to both physical security and IT infrastructure projectsOpportunity to grow quickly as we expandDirect impact on company operations and successHow to ApplyApply here on LinkedIn or send your resume directly.
