Committed to privacy, performance, and scalability, we develop reliable technologies that simplify digital workflows and drive engagement for our clients.Role DescriptionTrinix AI is looking for a remote Business Development Representative to help bring in new customers, clients, and business opportunities.This is a commission-based contractor role for someone who is comfortable reaching out to businesses, starting conversations, identifying software needs, and helping connect qualified prospects with our technical team. Trinix AI handles the development side, including software platforms, backend APIs, AI integrations, automation, dashboards, internal tools, infrastructure, front-end development, back-end development, deployment, and scaling.The ideal person understands how to talk to business owners, startups, creators, agencies, and organizations that may need custom software or automation to improve their operations.This is a startup opportunity, so there is no base salary at this stage. Compensation is commission-based per closed client or approved deal. This role is best for someone who wants flexible remote work, sales experience, startup exposure, and the chance to grow with an early-stage AI and software company.ResponsibilitiesFind and reach out to potential clients who may need software, automation, AI tools, dashboards, APIs, or internal systemsStart conversations through LinkedIn, email, social media, Discord, or other outreach channelsQualify leads and understand what problem the business is trying to solveExplain Trinix AI’s services clearly and professionallyBring qualified opportunities to the technical team for reviewHelp maintain follow-ups, notes, and client communicationSupport sales, marketing, and growth efforts as Trinix AI expandsQualificationsProven experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business DevelopmentStrong skills in Lead Generation and market prospectingStrong communication skills and confidence reaching out to new peopleAbility to analyze business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growthGoal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plusBasic understanding of software, websites, automation, AI, or business operations is helpfulBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not requiredCompensationThis is a remote, commission-based contractor position. There is no base salary at this stage. Contractors are paid commission for successful client deals based on the agreement set before starting.
