Director of Analytics

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Director to lead a small team of analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, focusing on transforming large datasets into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growthAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunitiesDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools like TableauOversee and optimize ETL processes and data pipelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutionsEnsure data integrity and effective use of relational databases and data warehouse structuresRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data management3+ years of leadership experience managing data or analytics teamsAdvanced SQL skills and strong experience with relational databasesProven experience working with large datasets and quantitative analysisExperience building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau or similar)Solid understanding of data warehouse architecturePreferred Qualifications:Experience in K–12 education or charter school environmentsFamiliarity with DBT (Data Build Tool)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and guide team executionAdditional Information:This position is not open to C2C or third-party candidates
