Our manufacturing team focuses on efficient production processes, quality control, and continuous operational improvement.We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations and lead production teams.Position SummaryThe Production Manager is responsible for managing manufacturing operations, production schedules, workforce coordination, and production performance.This role ensures production targets, product quality, and delivery deadlines are achieved while maintaining cost efficiency and operational safety.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily production operations and manufacturing workflowCoordinate production schedules, workforce allocation, and material availabilityMonitor production line performance and resolve operational issuesEnsure production targets and delivery deadlines are consistently achievedImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costsCollaborate with purchasing, warehouse, engineering, and quality teamsLead production staff including hiring, training, performance management, and team developmentPromote safety standards, 5S implementation, and standardized production proceduresTrack key production metrics and report performance to senior managementIdentify operational improvements and support manufacturing growthRequired Qualifications3+ years of manufacturing or production management experienceExperience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with production scheduling and manufacturing operationsStrong problem-solving and process improvement capabilitiesExcellent communication and organizational skillsMandarin Chinese and English bilingual communication preferredWork EnvironmentOn-site management role within a manufacturing facilityHands-on leadership in a production environmentCollaborative work culture with cross-functional operations teams
