Growing together.The Health System Director identifies and pursues both new business and conversion opportunities to sell digital workflows for groups participating in the In Office Assessment Program. They partner with Client Performance Directors, Implementation Team, Growth Team, Market Managers and Health Care Advocates to gather intelligence and opportunity to showcase digital solutions best suited to each provider group. Once a solution is approved, the Health System Director will work with all appropriate parties to implement the workflow, set utilization expectations and maintain relationships year over year.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase digital solutions annually across internal and external teamsTrack, review, coordinate and ensure data integrity on inbound and outbound filesPartner with business owners to identify methods to execute upon the key strategic visions and then lead the initiative to completionManage project timelines and resources into recurring technical touchpointsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are metTrain internal and external on digital workflow and effective troubleshootingPartner with internal departments to orchestrate eligible group participation on automated rostersOrchestrate annual exercises to improve returns and overall reportingCreating a team-oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration and emphasizes quality and costPartner with internal team(s) to provide reimbursement potential Act as liaison to and represent senior management for change impact to program and digital modalitiesFacilitate senior leadership decision making within the scope and change management processFunction independently, primarily remote engagement with limited travel across assigned territory to meet with providers to discuss Optum programs Dedication to increasing the footprint of prospective programs through strategic planningIdentify strategies to overcome barriers to engage providers in participating in prospective programsLeverage innovation and creativity when working with providers to overcome technical and administrative concerns with program engagementProvide feedback on EMR/EHR systems where it is causing issues in meeting standards of documentation and codingProvide guidance to team members in driving year over year improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clientsCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholdersAchieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growthYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications5+ years of healthcare industry experience 2+ years of experience in working in client facing sales roleProject Management experience Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data Demonstrated advanced-level Excel skills (i.e. Queries, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables etc.)Ability/willingness to work Pacific Time Zone business hours regardless of remote base locationPreferred QualificationProject Management CertificationAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment.
