We're looking for someone to lead our innovation initiatives as both Innovation Director and as a member of our leadership team.We operate as an EOS company with a visionary and integrator running the company. We use the Three Horizons framework to manage our business: Horizon 1 is our core business (broadband and third-party attachments services and software), Horizon 2 focuses on scaling new ventures adjacent to broadband in utility infrastructure, and Horizon 3 explores future opportunities and technologies. This role is responsible for H2 and H3—the teams, the results, and the ventures.You'll oversee Horizon 2 ventures scaling toward core business status, focusing on adjacent opportunities in utility infrastructure. You'll also manage Horizon 3 exploratory research that tests future business models and technologies. This position demands someone who thrives in uncertainty and rapid change. The ideal candidate excels at building momentum across multiple ventures. You will be rallying teams around emerging opportunities, making tough calls on what to pursue or kill, and managing the portfolio toward measurable outcomes rather than inventing in isolation.We're seeking someone who understands that innovation at scale requires discipline—not chaos.
