This is an on-site and hourly position that comes with flexibility with the schedule, and you can choose the hours that fits your own needs. We can offer weekday and weekend hours. Whether you are a new graduate or experienced therapist, you will get to work closely with a dedicated and veteran therapy team! Job Description: The Occupational Therapist Assistant develops, organizes, conducts and/or oversees an individualized, medically prescribed occupational therapy plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. The occupational therapist provides individual activity including instruction in the areas of work, leisure, and activities of daily living to maximize functional independence. The occupational therapist functions as a member of the rehabilitation team; participates in in-service training; quality improvement initiatives; documentation; billing; ordering equipment and supplies; supervising/training staff; and other requested duties.
