divh2Squadron Administrative Support Specialist, Junior/h2pINTECON is seeking a Squadron Administrative Support Specialist to support Air Mobility Command (AMC) flying squadrons by maintaining aircrew evaluation records, testing materials, qualification status, and recurring Stan/Eval reporting. This role supports the squadrons ability to track evaluation requirements, maintain qualification visibility, and provide accurate status information to leadership./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist flight commanders in providing data as requested by the Commanders Support Staff in support of administrative programs. Programs include, but are not limited to, task management, fitness program, safety program, security program, supply program, and manning./liliAssist flight commanders in the preparation, maintenance, and disposition of administrative reports and other correspondence./liliAct as the point of contact for all newly assigned aircrew; orient them regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduce them to key personnel, and schedule their initial training/orientation requirements./liliCoordinate with UDM to schedule required pre-departure training with the deploying personnel and their supervision./liliProvide deployment data/information that enables the UDM to schedule/coordinate with wing, base and higher headquarters offices on deployment issues and maintain mobility/training folders/documentation IAW DoD Foreign Clearance Guide, AFI 10-403, AFI 33-332, and guidance associated with Geographic Combatant Command/Major Command (MAJCOM)/Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance./liliPrepare and submit a list of requirements for purchase in support of aircrew deployment to the UDM and resource advisor./liliProvide aircrew pre-deployment/post-deployment mobility, logistics, security, ancillary training, medical, and dental requirements to the UDM./liliAssist flight commanders with data collection for deployment reporting in the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), and the Air Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool (ART) including Unit Type Code posturing and individual status updates and provide to commander and UDM./li/ulh3Clearance Requirements/h3ulliTier 3 Security Investigation with SECRET eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting required, active SECRET clearance preferred/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in squadron administration, commanders support, readiness/admin support, deployment support, UDM-related support, or comparable military administrative environment/liliExperience maintaining administrative reports, correspondence, folders, or readiness/deployment data/liliAbility to coordinate with flight leadership, UDMs, and support offices/liliStrong organizational and customer-service skills/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliAssociates degree or greater preferred in business administration, office administration, human resources, logistics, or related field of study/lili4 or more years of experience in squadron administration, commanders support, readiness/admin support, deployment support, UDM-related support, or comparable military administrative environment/liliDirect military or civilian experience supporting squadrons in similar roles at one or more performance locations./liliExperience drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/li/ulh3Why Join INTECON?/h3pAt INTECON, we are at the forefront of defense, security, and technology, driving innovation, collaboration, and strategic excellence.
