CDL A Truck Driver/Applicator

CDL Class A Driver / ApplicatorWe are seeking a CDL Class A Driver / Applicator to support field operations through safe transportation and application of materials. This role combines driving, equipment operation, and hands-on fieldwork, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer service.This is a high-travel position (up to 90%), supporting regional projects and requiring flexibility with schedule and hours.What You'll DoOperate CDL Class A vehicles including truck and tractor combinationsSafely transport and apply liquid and dry materials using onboard systemsOperate computerized application equipment (rate calculations, blending, adjustments)Load and unload trucks, tanks, railcars, and other containersPerform basic maintenance on equipment (pumps, tanks, meters, etc.)Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with dispatch and leadershipFollow all DOT regulations, ELD usage, and safety protocolsSupport plant operations or additional duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForValid CDL Class A license with clean driving recordAbility to obtain endorsements: Tanker, Doubles/Triples, Air Brakes2+ years operating DOT-regulated vehiclesExperience with manual transmissionExperience driving in winter and/or mountain conditionsValid DOT Medical CardAbility to pass DOT drug and alcohol screeningComfortable using ELD systems and basic mobile technologyWork EnvironmentMix of on-the-road and plant environmentsExposure to weather conditions and chemicalsPhysical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, standing for long periods)May require nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call workBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) with company matchPTO + Paid HolidaysTuition & Certification ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program
