Job seekers interested in working in a high-energy environment with growth opportunities and flexible hours should start their application today!Responsibilities:Mitigate customer complaints as neededWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyBookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsWelcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in process.Manage guest reservations and account information accurately and efficiently.Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a pleasant stay.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity daily.Qualifications:Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsMust have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredAbout Company:Structure Hospitality is growing.
