Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment CAL skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I am willing to float.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee or traveler of this health system in the past year.Additional Confirmations Experience with Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, and Blood Product Administration is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Mapping, Cardiac Stent Placement, Cardioversion, and Circulate Procedures is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags), and Hypothermia protocol is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with IABP Placement/Removal, Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Catheterizations, and Interventional Radiology is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Isolation Precautions/PPE, Left heart catheterization, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, and Obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Pacemaker Insertion, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), and Pre Post Procedure is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Radiation and Laser Safety, and Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Right heart catheterization, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, and Topical Hemostasis (D-Stat, Chito-Seal, Syvek Patch) is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), and Ventilator Management is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season.
