Come build it with us.THE ROLEThis is a cross-functional program management role. You are Reframe's risk management and decision-forcing layer across all active construction projects.You maintain the single source of truth on where every project stands across Design, Permitting, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement. Your job is to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time — and that risks surface weeks before they become expensive surprises.This role reports to the Head of Systems Design and Engineering. You will own a portfolio of 5+ concurrent projects from contract through field delivery.What You'll DoCross-functional CoordinationInterface with team leads across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to understand requirements, constraints, and dependenciesTranslate those inputs into a unified, end-to-end plan with clear owners, dates, and handoff criteriaDrive execution: track progress, surface blockers, hold teams accountable to commitmentsServe as the primary point of contact for leadership on program health — translate complexity into clear, actionable status and risk summariesMaintain the cross-project schedule in Jira/BigGantt, integrating timelines across all functionsTrack factory capacity allocation against project demand; flag conflicts before they hit the critical pathRisk Identification and EscalationFlag critical path risks weeks before they materialize — not afterTrack long-lead procurement items against scheduleIdentify cross-functional dependencies that no single vertical seesManage project priority stack across all verticals and flag when priorities need to shiftTriage issues raised across functions; route to the correct lead; ensure nothing is unownedWhen a project slows down, identify whether the root cause is a one-time issue or a systemic gap — and fix the system, not just the symptomStage Gate and Handoff GovernanceOwn the design stage gate process: define required artifacts at each gate and who must sign offFacilitate PRD (Product Requirements Document) development with cross-functional stakeholdersQualifications6+ years of cross-functional program management in a hardware, manufacturing, or operations-intensive environmentDemonstrated ability to identify and escalate schedule risks proactively — not reactivelyComfort holding functional leads accountable without direct authorityStrong written communication: clear, concise, action-orientedExperience with Jira, BigGantt, or equivalent project tracking toolingComfort with AI-assisted workflowsFamiliarity with modular/prefab construction, advanced manufacturing, or AECReframe Systems is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
