The US site operates independently, has a second facility, and is building toward expanding its tooling capability. The person who steps in now will be at the centre of that growth. You will be the tooling expert. Working hands-on alongside a close-knit maintenance team, you will manage tool repair, maintenance, and new tooling projects from start to finish. You will represent the US in tool builds with overseas partners and play a key role in supporting high-profile new production launches. This role would suit a seasoned Tooling or Mould Making professional looking for a position where their knowledge shapes the department - someone who wants less bureaucracy, more autonomy, and a genuine stake in what gets built next.
