Distribution Center AssociateHQ - Schaumburg, IL 60173OverviewSalary Range $17.98 - $24.33 HourlyDescriptionSummary:The warehouse person performs picking, packing, shipping, processing orders for shipment. Also performs receiving of incoming parcels and stock, including distribution to specific personnel or warehouse locations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and ship orders.Receive and process deliveries.Load and unload trucks / carriers.Maintain safety and cleanliness of warehouse work areas.Ensure that all trash is disposed of by the end of the day.Assist with facility maintenance in designated warehouse areasFollow all procedures required by JSOX and ISOArrange pick-ups for LTL shipments, if assigned.Assist with training warehouse employees in their duties regarding products and procedures.Operate powered material handling vehicles in the performance of duties, if certified.Assist with semi-annual physical inventory.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
