As an Engineering Technician, you'll support inspection processes, calibration, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCalibrate tools and fixturesCreate and update CAD models and drawingsScan and evaluate parts for accuracyAssist with tool design, manufacture, and documentationPerform first article inspectionsSupport root cause investigations and corrective actionsCollect and analyze manufacturing dataDevelop work instructions and specificationsDrive lean and continuous improvement practicesMaintain safety and compliance standardsQualificationsTechnical school diplomaProficient in 3D CAD (NX or KeyCreator preferred; SolidWorks acceptable)EDM and CMM experience a plusStrong knowledge of GD&T and machining processesFamiliarity with PC-DMIS, Geomagic, or similar software preferredExcellent communication, organization, and computer skillsAbility to work independently and in teams
