Training Program AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Training Program Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Liaison Office (CGLO) in Pensacola, FL, with recurring onsite support in Milton, FL. Your work will support aviation training program analysis, student control, training data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This is a full-time opportunity in which we'll provide competitive pay, job stability, and security.Program AnalysisSupport Coast Guard Aviation Production Planning programs for introductory, primary, rotary, and fixed-wing flight trainingIdentify CGAPP issues and coordinate requirements, schedules, and program development recommendationsAddress potential delays in aviation training class assignments and recommend corrective actionConduct program studies affecting pilot training, resource planning, student flow, and training policiesEvaluate pilot production processes and recommend improvements to training administrationAssist with resource planning and allocation across aviation training sitesRepresent CGLO in CGAPP and related pilot training forums with DoD and other stakeholdersTraining Data ManagementOversee Coast Guard flight training production data using systems such as NIPDR and TSHARPManage collection and reporting of student flight and ground training progress through TSHARPAnalyze training data to identify trends, risks, delays, and opportunities for improvementProvide accurate training information to support leadership decisions and resource planningUse student management systems to support student performance evaluation and trackingCoordinate syllabus flow for Coast Guard students through NASC, CNATRA, and AETC pipelinesStudent ControlServe as a point of contact for Student Control functions at NAS Pensacola and NAS Whiting FieldCoordinate student control administration with NASC, TRAWING FIVE, squadrons, and USAF 23d FTSResolve or elevate issues involving student flow, resources, training data, and training administrationProvide guidance and recommendations on student control policies, procedures, and directivesReview and verify Aviation Training Jacket information and related training documentationMonitor compliance with applicable student training directives and administrative requirementsRecommend updates to student control forms and ATJ transmittal processesStudent Progress MonitoringManage Coast Guard flight students in pre-training, primary training, and advanced training poolsCoordinate with Naval Aviation Squadron Production Process Officers to support production goalsMonitor student class check-in procedures and provide daily assistance and guidanceMaintain automated student recall, transfer, and tracking rostersOversee daily and weekly inter/intra-TRAWING student flowProvide training, counseling, mentoring, and guidance to Coast Guard student naval aviators when requiredSupport post-training transfer, reassignment, redesignation, and attrition-related processesPerformance & Reporting SupportComplete assigned performance management tasks in a timely mannerNotify CGLO personnel when student performance, conduct, or accountability concerns require attentionDevelop recommendations and solutions for complex student aviation training situationsPrepare written input for Officer Evaluation Reports when requested by CGLOSupport workflow management for permanent party OERs and Enlisted Evaluation ReportsDraft reports, briefings, recommendations, and written communications for leadership and stakeholdersAdministrative SupportApply relevant Coast Guard, Navy, CNATRA, NATRACOM, and CGLO directives and proceduresManage documentation required for student programs, instructor requirements, and training administrationPrioritize work based on current CGLO projects and operational needsMaintain liaison with military and civilian personnel at multiple organizational levelsFollow DHS, USCG, facility access, privacy, security, identification, and contractor-conduct requirementsPerform related program analysis, training administration, student control, reporting, and liaison duties as assignedKnowledge & SkillsKnowledge of Coast Guard, Navy, CNATRA, NATRACOM, and CGLO aviation training missions preferredKnowledge of CGAPP, TSHARP, NIPDR, or similar training and student management systems preferredAbility to evaluate training programs using qualitative, quantitative, and statistical methodsAbility to analyze training data, identify trends, and recommend process improvementsAbility to apply aviation training policies, directives, procedures, and program requirementsAbility to work independently, identify security requirementsBackgroundMinimum of one year of relevant experience requiredExperience in program analysis, training analysis, management analysis, or related support requiredExperience supporting military, federal, aviation, education, or training programs preferredExperience with Coast Guard, Navy, DoD, CNATRA, NATRACOM, NASC, or AETC preferredExperience supporting student control, student flow, or training pipeline administration preferredExperience using TSHARP, NIPDR, CGAPP, or similar training data systems preferredExperience reviewing training records, rosters, ATJs, reports, forms, or directive-based documents preferredExperience analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and recommending improvements preferredExperience coordinating with military commands, instructors, students, and senior stakeholders preferredEducationBachelor's degree requiredLocationPrimary places of performance are Pensacola, FL 32508 and Milton, FL 32570Candidates must
