Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our printed circuit board manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing repairs, minimize downtime, and maintaining equipment to meet safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Maintain maintenance records and documentation Order and maintain spare parts inventory Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures Interpret schematics and technical drawings to execute repairs effectively. Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and implement solutions.+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems. Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent experience in facilities maintenance or a related field Strong mechanical and electrical experience and troubleshooting skills Experience with industrial equipment maintenance Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Ability to read technical manuals and schematics+ A commitment to safety protocols and practices within the workplace. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
