Job description:BOSS Construction is searching for a sales-savvy Project Manager with a construction background to lead our division of fabric structure buildings. This position is perfect for someone passionate about construction, has experience in sales and can see a project from its inception to finish.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Estimating:Contact and track leadsSchedule & attend onsite estimatingPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for Fabric Buildings.Develop subcontractor and supplier networks in unfamiliar or underserved marketsReview drawings, specifications, and proposals to define project scope and costsIdentify risks, propose value engineering solutions, and support project team decisionsCollaborate with internal departments to support preconstruction strategyRepresent the company with professionalism and uphold our core values in every interactionProject Management:Lead job setup, planning, and documentationConduct development of submittals, work plans, schedules, and cost estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs and track work progress, material usage, and change ordersSolicit and communicate with vendors and subcontractors professionallyPrepare and manage RFIs, pay apps, daily reports, project files, and documentationAssist with project financial tracking, forecasting, billing, and reportingSupport procurement of materials, rentals, and subcontract agreementsUse or learn software tools (e.g., MS Office, Bluebeam, MS Project)Ensure compliance with contracts, scope, safety regulations, and client requirementsCommunicate effectively with field staff, clients, and internal teamsWrite and maintain professional reports, emails, and correspondencePresent at meetings or briefings as neededMaintain organization, professionalism, and a positive team-oriented attitudeWillingness to work extended hours during deadlineQualifications:Experience in project management and estimating preferredStrong computer skills and familiarity with Office 365Strong communication and organizational skillsReliable transportation to project sitesWhat We Offer:Competitive pay ($70,000–$80,000 DOE) with bonus potentialHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career growth and trainingA supportive, safety-first cultureBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
