What role you will play in our team We are seeking a results-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager who will drive strategic growth, expand market presence and secure large-scale enterprise opportunities globally for our groundbreaking Proxxima™ thermoset resin systems. This role combines deep industry knowledge, commercial leadership, partner ecosystem development, and strategic account engagement. Why Joining Proxxima? Drive impact with some of the world's largest organizations. What You Will Do Market & Commercial Strategy: Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities. Build relationships with strategic business model partners. Develop commercial strategy and negotiate contracts. Perform opportunity analysis and financial analysis of new business models. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Proxxima's global growth objectives. Develop and execute capability development for senior business development resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to define messaging, collateral, case studies, and targeted campaigns for new markets. Collaborate with product management to bring forward customer insights, feature priorities, and industry requirements. Work with finance and legal to structure commercial models, proposals, and contracting frameworks. About You Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic commercial roles. Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-million dollar pipelines. Previous experience in the infrastructure industry is valued. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally. Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work effectively with global teams. Willingness to extensively travel internationally. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong technical acumen and ability to translate customer operational needs into digital solutions. Multicultural sensitivity when negotiating complex deals in different parts of the world. Strategic thinker capable of identifying white space opportunities and building scalable market entry plans.
