Associate Program Manager (Confidential Client)Location: San Jose, CAAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Associate Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. This role ensures customer expectations are met or exceeded, supporting strong long‐term relationships and consistent satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Master Scheduling & Production PlanningMaintain and manage the master schedule covering materials planning, production timelines, and shipment schedules.Ensure schedule accuracy to support on‐time delivery and operational efficiency.2. Cross‐Functional CoordinationCoordinate internal team activities including new product introductions, production ramp‐ups, and process improvements.Track progress, gather timely responses from stakeholders, and support pricing/quoting activities.Facilitate corrective actions and reinforce manufacturing commitments.3. Customer Communication & SupportAct as the main channel for all customer-related communication.Manage topics such as delivery requirements, pricing, forecasts, purchase orders, NRE charges, RMAs, ECOs, and general customer concerns.4. Forecasting & Revenue TrackingContribute to the development and monitoring of customer-level sales forecasts.Assist with month‐to‐date revenue tracking and reporting.5. Professional DevelopmentParticipate in ongoing training to build the skills needed to advance into a full Program Manager role.Skills & AbilitiesStrong organizational and administrative capabilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.Education & ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent relevant experience.5–7 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry.Understanding of manufacturing processes within an ISO AS9100‐based quality system.Full Time Direct Hire position with Full Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K
