The Fleet Account Executive is responsible for Fleet business development, sales performance results, and customer satisfaction in the Fleet Sales Department.Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has direct supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Responsible for improving Fleet sales and operationsProspecting & developing new relationships with large National AccountsCold calling / emailing prospective businessesAssists Fleet sales team with processing or completing salesInteracts with customers to ensure customer satisfactionResponsible for sale price & trade-in vehicle appraisal decisionsHas working knowledge of factory(s) incentive programsMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulationsDemonstrates the Company's Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of dutiesOther duties as assignedThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties and responsibilities to be performed by this employee.
