Director Of Client Care

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Director of Client Care to serve as the central point of communication and coordination for clients throughout the listing preparation process. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where no two days look the same. You'll work closely with sellers, agents, and vendors to guide clients through every step leading up to launch day while delivering white-glove service and operational excellence. The majority of this role is field-based, so you must be comfortable spending time at properties, meeting vendors, and managing on-site responsibilities.
