Full Time Construction Estimator We are looking for a full-time Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wide-range of commercial projects bot in renovation and ground up construction. Responsibilities: Prepare and submit bids for construction projects Manage the estimating process from start to finish Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates Negotiate with contractors and vendors Manage the budget and schedule for construction projects Resolve construction issues and disputes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field 5+ years of experience in construction estimating Commercial and industrial experience Proven track record of estimating and winning projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software You may apply directly or please send your resume and project list to info@kaizenstackup.com
